The Romans are the first to use the Vöslauer mineral spring. Back then the water was already known for its healing qualities.

After the spring water has been analysed and its curative powers confirmed, Beethoven’s personal physician Dr. Malfatti from Monteregio initiates the establishing of the original spring and conducts scientific studies about the effects of the spring water.
